Report a problem
Please include your device model, iOS version, game version, the level or screen affected, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help; please remove personal information before sending it. Never send passwords or payment information.
Basic troubleshooting
Close and reopen the game, restart your device, and check the App Store for an available update. If the issue continues, email us with the details above. Contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app, as this may remove locally stored progress.
Advertisements and in-game benefits
The game contains advertisements provided through AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners. Where offered, you can choose to view an ad for the in-game benefit shown on the relevant screen. These offers may use a rewarded video or a full-screen interstitial ad. The benefit depends on the game receiving a successful completion or reward confirmation; opening or clicking an ad alone does not qualify. Ad format and availability can vary by region, connection, and advertising inventory.
An ad will not load or is unavailable
Check that your device has a working internet connection, wait a short time, and try again. If needed, reopen the game or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. An unavailable ad does not mean that your game progress is lost.
I watched an ad but did not receive the benefit
Allow the ad to finish, use its close button when available, and return to the game. A skipped or interrupted ad, a loading or playback failure, or a failed completion check may not qualify for the benefit. If the benefit is still missing, email support with the approximate date, time and time zone, your device and game version, the level or screen, and the benefit you expected. Include the advertiser or advertising network and a screenshot if they are visible. We will investigate the report.
Report an inappropriate or broken ad
Email support with the advertiser or ad description, when it appeared, and any visible error. You can also use a report option inside the ad when one is available. Please do not include personal information in screenshots.
Accounts and purchases
Cuevora 8 Ball does not require registration or login and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. An advertisement may link to an external app or website; any purchase there is handled by that provider.
Tracking choices
On supported iOS versions, you can manage tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can continue playing if you decline tracking. This choice does not remove advertisements or stop all analytics. The game uses AppLovin MAX for advertising, Adjust for attribution and advertising measurement, and ThinkingData for gameplay and advertising analytics. The Privacy Policy explains the information used by these services and your choices.
Stop data collection or delete your data
To stop future gameplay analytics collection, email PoehleinArthur@gmail.com with the subject “Cuevora 8 Ball — Stop Data Collection”. To delete existing gameplay analytics data, use the subject “Cuevora 8 Ball — Data Deletion”. You can request both in one email. Include any player ID shown in the game settings, if available, so that we can help locate the relevant records.
