Hiking Club

The Pack 575 Hiking Club is free for all Pack 575 Scouts who are active members and we encourage Scouts to bring friends on our hikes. Hikes will take place once a month on Saturday or Sunday (after church hours) in the local and regional area. In addition, if you know of a good night hike to view something along the trail or sky please let us know and we will make every attempt to include it. Cub Scouts will learn to be responsible to pack their own six essentials (food, water, sunscreen/sun protection, first aid kit, whistle, and flashlight) and to carry them on the trail. We plan to hike anywhere from 4-6 total miles. We will take breaks together as needed.
