If you're ready to register, there are 3 steps: (details below)
Register with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA)*
Register with Cub Scout Pack 315
Complete Medical Forms.
*Only new Scouts must complete Step 1. A new Scout is anyone who has not been registered with the BSA within the past 12 months.
Step 1: New Scouts Only - Register with Boy Scouts of America (BSA)
Create an account (or login) with BSA at the link below, and complete registration for your Scout:
Boy Scouts of America Registration (Cub Pack 315, St. Anastasia CYO).
Scouts returning from the previous year do NOT need to complete this step.
Families returning to Scouting with a new Scout still need to complete Step 1 but must use their existing BSA account information to register.
Step 2: Register with Pack 315
Fill out the following Google Form: PACK 315 Registration
Submit payment for our annual Pack Activity Fee*:
Returning Scouts: $200 (Includes $80 National BSA registration fee)
New Scouts: $120 (National BSA registration fee paid in Step 1)
Payment Options:
Venmo: @CubPack315NS;
Please include your Scout(s) name and "Pack 315 Registration" in the Memo
DO NOT select the option to "pay for goods and services" - we are a non-profit organization using Venmo only as a convenient electronic means of collecting money
Check: Made payable to "Cub Pack 315"; Please bring to an in-person event.

*More than one Scout in Pack 315? For families with more than one Scout in Pack 315, each additional Scout’s pack activity fee is only $100.
One returning Scout total = $200; Two returning Scouts total = $380
One returning Scout and One new Scout = $300

Step 3: Complete Medical Forms
Complete and print the medical form linked below:
BSA Required Medical Form
A medical form is required for each Scout and all other persons participating in events. Each Scout and at least one adult must have a medical form on file with our Pack to participate.
If you have more than one Scout, adult, or any siblings who will be attending Pack events, please fill out one form for each.
Bring a printed copy with you to your first in-person event. The BSA prohibits digital submission/ retention of these forms.
NOTE: We highly recommend you fill out this form electronically and then save a copy to your personal computer, as much of the information can be reused from year to year.
