Pinewood Derby

Once a year, the Pack has a Pinewood Derby race. Each Scout designs and builds their car from a block of pine wood. Each car must meet very specific weight and size requirements and must be built from the official pinewood Derby kit sold by BSA. The Pack will have cars available for $5 registration fee starting at the Nov pack meeting.  The cars are not only judged for Speed in different age groups, but they are also judged for “Best Design” and “Most Original”.  There will be copies of the official rules distributed in an email.  Siblings are welcome to participate in a "for fun" category.
