This Privacy Policy explains how Cubelo handles data when you use the Cubelo mobile app. Cubelo is a block puzzle game for iOS and Android.
Cubelo does not require an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, messages, health data, or other profile information to play the game.
Cubelo stores some gameplay and settings data locally on your device so the game can work offline. Cubelo also uses third-party services for ads, consent, optional in-app purchases, and crash diagnostics. Those services may process technical, usage, advertising, diagnostic, and purchase-related data as described below.
Cubelo does not sell personal data.
Cubelo stores the following data locally on your device:
Best score and last score.
Selected visual theme.
Themes unlocked locally through gameplay or rewarded ads.
Sound and vibration preferences.
Crash reporting preference.
Privacy and consent state where handled by platform SDKs.
A local premium-status cache so the app can start quickly and work better offline.
This local gameplay and settings data is not sent to a Cubelo-owned backend. Cubelo does not operate a custom backend server. If you delete the app, this local data is deleted from your device.
Cubelo uses third-party SDKs and platform services. These providers may collect, process, or receive data from your device when their features are used or initialized.
Cubelo uses Google AdMob to show minimal ads:
Small in-game banner ads during active games for non-premium users.
Interstitial ads after some completed games.
Rewarded ads that can unlock visual themes.
Cubelo uses Google's User Messaging Platform where required to request and manage privacy consent before ads are requested.
Google's advertising SDKs may collect and share data such as:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location.
Advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or account/device identifiers where available and permitted.
App interactions and ad interactions, such as app launch, taps, and rewarded video views.
Diagnostic and performance information, such as SDK performance, app launch time, hangs, crashes, and energy usage.
This data may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics, and service improvement, depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's policies.
On iOS, Cubelo asks for your permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. It is shown on first launch, right after Google's consent message and before the advertising SDK is initialized.
If you allow tracking, Google may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you personalized ads and to measure their performance. If you deny it, or leave it unanswered, every ad request is explicitly marked as non-personalized and iOS withholds the advertising identifier.
You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
If you buy Cubelo Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cubelo does not directly receive or store your payment card number.
Apple and Google may process purchase, payment, account, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to their own policies.
Cubelo uses RevenueCat to manage the optional Cubelo Pro purchase and restore premium access.
RevenueCat may process data such as:
Purchase status and entitlement status.
Product identifiers.
Apple receipt data or Google purchase tokens.
Transaction-related information.
App user identifiers generated for purchase management.
Device and app technical information needed to provide and restore premium access.
Cubelo uses RevenueCat only to provide purchase functionality, verify premium status, and restore Cubelo Pro.
Cubelo uses Sentry for crash reporting and diagnostics when crash reporting is enabled in Settings and a production Sentry configuration is present.
Crash and diagnostic reports may include technical data such as:
Device model.
Operating system version.
App version and build number.
Error details and stack traces.
Timestamps.
Technical diagnostic context needed to understand app crashes or reliability problems.
Cubelo is configured to avoid sending direct personal data and to scrub sensitive information before crash events are sent. You can turn crash reporting on or off in Settings.
Data may be processed for the following purposes:
Providing the core game experience.
Saving local scores, themes, and settings.
Showing ads and rewarded ads where permitted.
Managing privacy consent.
Providing and restoring Cubelo Pro.
Preventing fraud and abuse related to ads or purchases.
Diagnosing crashes and improving app reliability.
Complying with legal, store, payment, and platform requirements.
Cubelo does not sell personal data.
Data may be shared with or processed by:
Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform, for ads, consent, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics, and related analytics.
Apple App Store and Google Play, for app distribution, purchases, payments, refunds, fraud prevention, taxes, and platform compliance.
RevenueCat, for Cubelo Pro purchase management and restore.
Sentry, for crash diagnostics and app reliability.
These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Their policies may apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Local gameplay and settings data remains on your device until you reset it through the app where available, overwrite it through normal use, or delete the app.
Crash reports and diagnostics are retained by Sentry according to the retention settings and policies for the Cubelo Sentry project.

Cubelo does not create user accounts, so there is no Cubelo account to delete.
Some data is controlled by third-party providers, stores, or payment processors. Requests related to Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Sentry, or AdMob data may need to be made directly to those providers.
Cubelo is not directed specifically to children. Cubelo includes ads and an optional in-app purchase. If you are not old enough to use apps with ads or in-app purchases in your country without parent or guardian consent, you should use Cubelo only with permission from a parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to Cubelo.
Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Those providers are responsible for their own transfer mechanisms, legal bases, and privacy commitments.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Cubelo changes features, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published at the privacy policy URL used in the app and store listings.
