There are many human rights issues being faced among Cubans.
Children (male) at the age of 16 are being drafted into the military, suddenly at their doors, if they refuse, they could meet with 10 years of jail or death.
Protestors and other Cubans voicing their concern and opposition are tortured and even killed. As of July 16th, 100 people have been arrested. Due to the torture, protests have decreased.
Many Cubans are imprisoned for their political beliefs .
There are other issues limiting Cuban growth. Such as,
The price of food is too high.
There is little to no drinkable water.
Around 7 at night, the lights and water is shut off.
There are limited medication and health resources.
