Registration

Please follow the registration process below for the 2025-2026 year.

For children new to scouting in Fall 2025:

1. 1. Register with Boy Scouts of America

      1. Submit an application at: https://my.scouting.org/VES/OnlineReg/1.0.0/?tu=UF-MB-031paa0222  

      2. There is a BSA+Council annual fee of $170 total.  There is an optional $15 subscription to Scout Life Magazine.

   2. Pay annual dues of $120 to Pack 222.  Please pay using one of the following options (please include the scout name and grade in the memo):

      1. Paying via Venmo: send payment to @Pack222

      2. Paying via Zelle: send payment to pack222treasurer@gmail.com

      3. We prefer electronic payment, but you may also drop off a check payable to “Cub Scouts Pack 222” at a Pack meeting.

   3. Volunteer Sign up

      1. All families must volunteer in either 1) a pack or den leadership role, or 2) help lead both a pack event and a den event. No experience is necessary. Please see the pack email announcements for the link to the volunteer spreadsheet, or contact a pack leader.

For children continuing from the previous year:

1. Renew with Boy Scouts of America

   1. Each family will receive email renewal reminders from BSA starting roughly 2 months before your membership expires.

   2. When this email arrives, please follow the instructions to renew.

Paying for your scouting adventure

1. For families that would like to reduce their expenses for scouting or to teach their scout how to "Pay the own way", scouts may raise money via popcorn sales.  Please email contact-pack-222@googlegroups.com for more information.
