If you are presenting a poster we kindly request you arrive on-time at 9:45 AM MST to the New Frontiers in Translational Geoscience conference to check-in/set-up. This allows us to make sure the poster session runs smoothly. If you have any issues related to your poster, please let us know via email at geoconference@colorado.edu or when you register on the day of the conference.
Posters can be in portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation. Poster size should not exceed 38" for the height and 92” for the width. You can use a preexisting poster for the conference, if it is within the size limitations.
We encourage you to use a 36" x 48" landscape (horizontal) format for your poster, but it is not required. If you have any issues related to your poster please contact us at geoconference@colorado.edu.
Each poster will be provided a poster reference number upon acceptance. This reference number will also be available in the abstract program. This number will be used:
by organizers to determine your poster placement in the conference venue
