Drugs related ASB -
Continue to stop aggressive street dealing and shops selling drug paraphernalia.
Continue using stop & search and visible patrolling with BID partner services on our streets.
Alcohol related ASB -
Use Controlled Drinking Zone (CDZ) powers and Public Space Protection Orders to stop street drinking
Work with Council to manage Licensing and enforce controls/conditions of licenses.
Broken windows effect - address the minor issues to preventing the major issues
Work with partners and public to make the place look like it is properly managed and cared for
Issue fines for the likes of drug taking esp. cannabis, street drinking, urination and irresponsible dog ownership using Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) with Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs)
Penalise late night food outlets that cause litter and lingering intoxicated crowds that lead to violence and criminal damage. Charge them a late night levy.
Concerns
Beggars, Buskers and Rough Sleepers, especially on the canal towpath
The smell of cannabis everywhere, especially on the canal towpath
Street drinking, especially on the canal towpath
Stop graffiti / tagging / street art as criminal damage, especially on the canal towpath
Shops selling drugs paraphernalia and counterfeit goods - SNT response extremely good, please continue
Visible patrols needed on Clarence Way Estate and canal towpaths
Canal safety and management - response good, ongoing work needed with partners

I'd like to invite you all to a public meeting on the 8th November at Clarence Way Hall, Bradfield Ct, Clarence Way Estate, NW1 7NN at 6.30pm
This is my opportunity to meet you all and introduce you to your new ward team and I who are starting on 5th November.
