Welcome to the Registrar’s Office Online Document Request Portal of Cebu Technological University – Tabogon Extension, Daanbantayan Campus.

This platform is part of CTU’s Online Request Document and Inquiry Request (ORDIR) System, developed by the CTU Main Campus Registrar’s Office to make requesting documents easier, faster, and more accessible for all students.

Through this portal, students of CTU Tabogon Extension can conveniently request official school documents online, such as:

• Certificate of Registration (COR)
  
  

• Grade Slip
  
  

• Other certified school records

The Online Document Request Portal serves as a digital gateway for students to:

• Submit requests for academic and school documents without visiting the campus in person
  
  

• Monitor the status of their requests through the official ORDIR Portal
  
  

• Ensure faster coordination between the Extension Registrar’s Office and the Mother Campus
  
  

⚠️ Important Note

Please be informed that the CTU Tabogon Extension only releases the Certificate of Registration (COR) and Grade Slip.
All other official document requests made through the ORDIR Portal (such as Transcript of Records, Diploma, or Certifications) are processed and issued by the CTU Daanbantayan Campus.
