TRADOC Rank Requirements

1. Junior Drill Sergeant [E3]

• Must have passed BCT

• Must have passed a hosting training

2. Drill Sergeant [E4-E6]

• Must have been a JDS for 3 days

• Must have Co-Hosted 5 

BCTs

• Must have attended attend 1 event

• Must get a recommendation

3. Senior Drill Sergeant [E6-E9]

• Must have been a DS for 5 days

• Must have hosted 10 events

• Must have attended 3 events 

• Must get 2 recommendations from Company Executive Officer+

• Must pass a discipline exam

4. Company Executive Officer [O1/O2] 

• Must have been a SDS for 10 days

• Must have hosted 15 events

• Must have attended 5 events

• Must get 2 recommendations from Company Commanding Officer+

5. Company Commanding Officer [O3] 

• Must have been a CEO for 10 days

• Must have hosted 15 events

• Must have attended 10 events

• Must get 3 recommendations from Battalion Executive Officer+

6. Battalion Sergeant Major [E9] 

• Must have been a CCO for 15 days

• Must have hosted 20 events

• Must have attended 15 events

• Must get 3

recommendations from Battalion Executive Officer+

7. Battalion Executive Officer [03] 

• Must have been a BSM for 10 days

• Must have hosted 20 events

• Must have attended 20 events

• Must get 3 recommendations from Battalion Commanding Officer+

8. Battalion Commanding Officer [O4]

• Must have been a BXO for 15 days

• Must have hosted events 25

• Must have attended 25 events

• Must get 5 recommendations from Brigade Executive Officer+

9. Brigade Sergeant Major [E9] 

• Must have been a Battalion CO for 15 days

• Must have hosted 35 events

• Must have attended 30 events

• Must get 5 recommendations from Brigade Executive Officer+

10. Brigade Executive Officer [O5] 

• Must have been a Brigade SM for 20 days 

• Must have hosted 40 events

• Must have attended 40 events 

• Must get 5 recommendations from Brigade Commanding Officer+

• Must get voted in by TRADOC HICOM

11.  Brigade Commanding Officer [O6]

• Must have been a Brigade XO for 30 days

• Must have hosted 50 events

• Must have attended 50 events

• Must get 5 recommendations from Chief Of Staff+

• Must be voted in by TRADOC HICOM

1. OCS | Phase I

   • Must be E9

   • Must have passed the OCS Entry Application

2. OCS | Phase II

• Must have passed ALL the Phase I requirements that can be found on the OCS Discord Server.

• Must have completed & passed the Phase I exam.

3. OCS | Phase III

• Must have passed ALL the Phase II requirements that can be found on the OCS Discord Server.

• Must have done their two week rank promotion cooldown.

• Must have completed the Phase II exam.

• Must have a letter of recommendation from their command division High Command.

4. OCS | Examination

• Must have completed all of the OCS phases and exams.

• Must have finished their 3 week promotion cooldown.

• Must have their LoR (Letter of Recommendation) approved by OCS & their command's High Command.

5. OCS | Graduation

• Must have passed the Final Examination.

• Must have finished their 1 week promotion cooldown.

6. Junior Instructor

• Must have graduated OCS.

• Must be O1 or above.

• Must have completed the application to become OCS Staff.

7. Instructor 

• Must be O2 or above.

• Must show dedication and activity.

• Must have completed all supervisions and phases.

8. Senior Instructor

• Must be O3 or above.

• Must show dedication, loyalty and activity.

• Must have hosted at least 15 events in a week.

9. Head Instructor

• Must be O4 or above.

• Must show activity and dedication.

• Must have hosted more than 15 events.

• Must have supervised at least 10 supervisions.

10. Company First Sergeant

• Must be active, loyal, dedicated.

• Must be O5 or above. (Will be ranked to E9 for paygrade.)

• Must be willing to help OCS.

• Must have hosted more than 50 events previously.

11. Company Executive Officer

• Chosen by the Company Commanding Officer.

• Must have hosted more than 55 events previously.

• Must have been active, dedicated and loyal to the division.

12. Company Commanding Officer

• Chosen by the Commanding General of TRADOC.

• Must be active.

• Must be dedicated.

• Must not have past blacklists.

• Must be willing to help the division.

• Must maintain the divisions activity.
