ADMISSION


FOR NEW STUDENTS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES

STEP 1 - Submit all required documents in scanned copy to gsguidance@ctu.edu.ph

STEP 2 - Wait for the confirmation from the Graduate Guidance Office through email

STEP 3 - The guidance office will send an application form and essay examinations

STEP 4 - Send the filled out application form and answered essay exam to the Guidance Office (gsguidance@ctu.edu.ph)

STEP 5 - A confirmation email and enrollment form will be sent to you from the Guidance Office

FOR OLD STUDENTS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES

STEP 1 - Settle your balance, you can forward your transaction slip to cashier@ctu.edu.ph or you can pay thru walk-in at CTU Main Campus - Cashier's office

STEP 2 - Pay 300 for Graduate School Student Organization (GRASSO). After paying 300, GRASSO staff will provide enrollment form.

STEP 3 - Fill up the enrollment form with your Name, Address, ID Number, Course and Subjects with schedule that consists with a maximum of 12 units or 4 subjects only.

STEP 4 - Proceed to MIS section for encoding of your subjects to system.

STEP 5 - Proceed to Cashiers office for the Partial or Full payment. Partial payment is minimum of 2000 PHP only.

STEP 6 -Submit the enrollment form and receipts back to MIS section for the printing of Certificate of Registration (COR)
