Staff Bios

Coach Witter co-founded Connecticut Swish 20 years ago.   He is the current coach of UCONN Avery Point basketball and formerly the longtime coach at Farmington High School.  Coach Witter has over 300 wins in 25 years of coaching at the High School level.  He took his team to 3 final fours, culminating in a 2019 CIAC State Championship.  He has coached 15 All-State players and seen numerous alumni go on to  play Division I, II, III & JUCO college basketball.  In 2024 he received the CIAC Merit Award for his service to high school basketball in Connecticut.

Coach Daddio has 20 years of experience coaching basketball players of all ages and levels.  He spent 15 years as the assistant coach at Farmington High School , including one winning season as interim head coach, and was on staff for the 2019 CIAC State Championship.  Coach Daddio is passionate about youth sports and teaching young athletes the game of basketball.  Jeff has been a business education teacher at Farmington High School for 18 years.  He has been with Connecticut Swish for 15 summers and has been a director since 2018.

Coach Edwards is a longtime Swish Camp supervisor with a wealth of basketball knowledge and experience.  He is the current Athletic Director for East Windsor Public Schools.  Dean's coaching experience includes Union College (NY), St Michael's College (VT), Rutgers University (NJ), Rider University (NJ), Buffalo State College (NY), Trinity College (CT), Tolland HS & Farmington HS.  Coach Edwards played his college basketball at Butler University (IN) & Rider University (NJ).  He appeared in 2 NCAA tournaments.

Coach Witter is currently the assistant coach at St. Anselm College (DII) in New Hampshire.  Previously, he was an assistant coach at Trinity College in Hartford and Springfield College in Massachusetts.  A CIAC all-state player in High School, Trey played 4 years at Springfield College and was a two-time team captain.  He has been to two NCAA DIII Final Four's, one as a player and one as a coach.  Trey attended Swish Camp as early as 1st grade and has been on staff since 2012.  He specializes in player development and shooting.
