When we accept a residential investigation, we are there to provide a service for the home owners. We carefully listen to the experiences that has been going on at the residence and use our equipment to perform a free investigation of the home. This usually occurs in the evening/late night hours to avoid any excessive street noise that typically occurs during the day. Home owners can choose to take part in the investigation or be a quiet audience member. We typically ask for a quick recap of what has been going on and a tour of the property. After our initial meeting/walk through we try to shut off as much power as possible and begin the investigation. After the investigation we conduct a quick debrief. After reviewing the evidence, we send any findings to the home owners, paranormal or not.

Sometimes we go on commercial investigations as a team to locally and nationally recognized historic places! Some of our favorite recent places include: Nathanael Greene Homestead, USS North Carolina, USS Salem, Lizzie Borden House, Eastern State Penitentiary, Waverly Hills Sanatorium, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and many more. Through the years we have had some great photos, EVPs, and experiences at these places. Each year we try to do at least one big investigation with the team.

We work with our main chapter, RTS Paranormal, to help put on 'Paranormal Extreme' events throughout the year. These events usually feature a paranormal talk and a tour through historical places. We help to raise money for the historical sites through these events and bring the excitement of paranormal investigating to the public. Be on the lookout for our next Paranormal Extreme event!
