-No contracts for the customers. This is a prepaid internet service. CTS will provide a billing portal for your campground through www.floridabb.com, which is owned by CTS. The CC Merchant Provider is Stripe.

-No installation fees for the campground (depending on system design and preferences).

-No trenching. Many campgrounds have shallow buried power and water lines. CTS does not need to do any digging and if there is a spot, it will be approved by on-site maintenance and management. CTS has not had to dig a line anywhere for over five years.

-The campground office, managers’ residence, maintenance buildings, and staff will all get free internet. There will also be free internet hotspots at the pool/rec areas as well as laundry rooms.

-CTS will cover all costs of the fiber line coming into the park and will provide all maintenance on the systems. Fiber contracts are minimum of three years.

-CTS would need one accessible closet or small space where an outdoor cabinet could be installed where the fiber comes in and that is where the head-end router and power backup would live. Typically, this would be at the office building.

-CTS provides enough bandwidth for the customers to reliably stream their favorite TV, do live gaming, and of course work from home with video conferencing. People can also reliably use Wi-Fi calling on their phones if the cellular services aren't strong in the area.

-Typical pricing for a customer is between $45 and $60/mo (no contract) and does not go up.

-Hybrid systems. For long term customers, they will get a small fixed antenna on the outside of their RV or mobile home, and the snowbirds will get 'boosters' that can go inside their campers.

-CTS can also provide security camera systems for the campground.
