Hi, I’m Anishka! I’m an 8th grader at J. Michael Lunsford, and I enjoy both math and playing chess because they challenge me to think logically and strategically. I’m excited to be part of the Ctrl Your Scroll group and the Step Up Loudoun community, where my team and I work to raise awareness about how technology and social media can impact mental health. Through this project, I hope to help teens build healthier screen habits and find a better balance between their online and offline lives.
Hi, I’m Meha! I’m an 8th grader at Stone Hill Middle School. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and playing basketball, especially when I want a break from screens. Being part of Ctrl Your Scroll is important to me because technology can be really distracting, and it’s easy to spend too much time online without noticing. Our goal is to help teens build healthier screen habits and find a better balance between life online and offline. I’m excited for you to be part of this journey with us!
