There could be many reasons but most likely you probably have simply forgotten your password, trying the wrong one or entering it incorrectly. Some other possibilities might include:

• Username or password containing a mixture of upper and lower case letters. It should be entered accurately.

• Please enter manually the password. Do not copy paste the password that you received in the email.

• Your browser is cookies enabled.

You may click “Forgotten your username or password” at Login Page.

• In the Forgotten Page, please choose either want to search by Username or search by Email.

• Click Search and the temporary password will be send to your email.

Participant may get access to CTILMS via two ways;

• CTILMS Mobile Apps [Applicable for Android version only]

Locate or search for the desired course (by clicking 'All courses...') and click ‘Enroll me in this course’. Once you have enrolled in a course, it will appear under "My courses" every time when you log into Moodle site.

If you have not enrolled in a course, you can search for it by the name and description of the course.

Go back to the dashboard and then use the 'My Courses' block.

Yes, you can repeat and replay only previous module by clicking “Home” menu.

You may resume with the module or start from beginning again.

Absolutely, you must complete the course within 3 months.

The default enrollment period is 3 months. Your name will be automatically unenrolled from that Module when the date is due.

No, we do not provide certificate replacement. The certificate is your own responsibility. Please make sure to download the certificate after completion of each course
