Short Bio
Kuan-Hsun Chen is a tenured assistant professor at the group of Computer Architecture for Embedded Systems (CAES) in University of Twente, the Netherlands. He earned his PhD (Dr.-Ing.) in computer science with the highest distinction in 2019 from TU Dortmund University in Germany. His research interest is mainly software mapping and analysis for embedded real-time systems, leading to close engagement with colleagues in real-time systems, machine learning, dependable computing, and emerging architectures. He holds one best student paper award at RTCSA’18, and one dissertation award at TU Dortmund University (2019), and one best paper nomination at DATE’21. During his free time, he is a volunteer mentor for ESA Summer of Code in Space (2017) and Google Summer of Code since 2016. He is also one founder for the Dutch Real-Time System Community, funded by 4TU.NIRICT.

Short Bio
Luba Tang is the founder and CEO of Skymizer Taiwan Inc., which is in the business of providing system software to IC design teams. Skymizer’s system software solutions enable AI-on-Chip design houses to automate AI application development, improve system performance, and optimize inference accuracy. Luba Tang’s research interests include electronic system level (ESL) design, system software, and neural networks. He had focused on iterative compilers, ahead-of-time compilers, link-time optimization, neural network compilation, and neural network optimization. His most recent work focuses on exploiting various types of parallelism from different accelerators in a hyper-scale system-on-chip.
