Food Bank Closures

Please refer to the Holiday Closures Guide for Central Texas Food Bank closure dates. Ordering guidelines for closures will be posted and sent 30 days before these dates so partners can plan for pantry needs.

Product Recall Notice

The Central Texas Food Bank is notifying Partners of a statewide voluntary product recall involving certain shell eggs that may be contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis. Partners should refer to the email sent by the Agency Relations team for complete recall information, including affected products, USE BY dates and required next steps.

CTFB did not purchase the affected products, so they were not available through the shopping list. However, they may have been received through Agency Retail Pick-up (ARP) or other donated food sources.

If your agency has any potentially affected products, please locate and dispose of them immediately in accordance with the recall guidance.
