Castleside Trials Club : Rider Data.

For our next trial.

Please provide your provisional Rider Data that will help by giving us a head-start in getting the Results out quickly after the Trial.
Please provide your {Name, Club, Bike, Class, Course} via our online data-collection-form here.

NOT USED THIS TIME FOR WEST BUTSFIELD, THE FORM IS SWITCHED OFF.

This is not the actual Entry Form. You still have to fill-out the normal paper Entry Form on the day, and we will catch any changes made therein. Hopefully there are no changes as these eat time.

You providing your data is also only taken as your good intention to ride, but not your commitment. So if it turns out you can't make it then no worries, no monies have changed hands, there is no need to Cancel and you will not appear in the Results.

If you need to correct anything then just do the Form again. Only the latest data gets used.

After the Form closes and if you miss your chance, don't worry because everyone anyhow must Enter on the day as normal, and this is your final data. To save us time, please neatly and legibly fill everything in on the paper form on the day, and don't miss anything out. Anything illegible, missed or changed costs us time.

For the Results Team, manually keying in data can take hours, so any help is very much appreciated.

It is possible to save up to 95% keying in effort per person if the rider data is provided. There could be a huge time saving if everyone contributes.

It takes roughly the same time to key in the rider data, and the scores, so we can potentially save approximately 50% off the whole job with your help. (This calculation does not include Observer App savings and Scores Entry software savings).
