Connecticut Celtic Worship

Our monthly ecumenical, lay led worship service centers

on contemplation, connections to the earth, and healing

and transformation through meditation and prayer.

The service features readings and reflections,

beautiful music from a variety of traditions, and prayers.

We are a Celtic spiritual community grounded in love and the sacredness

of all creation, which is at the heart of the Christian message.

Celtic Contemplative Walks

Join us on the third Sunday of each month for about an hour or so. Many of us feel closest to the Divine when we are in the midst of Nature. Some sense in the outdoors an experience of ongoing creation. For many, the earth, sea and sky in any weather, and at any time of day or night, are transparencies of ineffable Spirit that remind us that we too are part of one universal beauty. These contemplative walks in the woods invite us to listen deeply within to the music and poetry we share with our natural surroundings.

May 16: The Hill-Stead Museum, 35 Mountain Road, Farmington. Arrive at the large paved parking lot behind the main house by 12:45 PM. We will set off promptly at 1:00 PM and wish to leave no one behind!
