The CT State Library, Division of Library Development (DLD) is made up a variety of services and programs both statutory and non-statutory, and often one set of programs cannot exist without the other. The ecosystem documents provides an overview of some of the core services of DLD and the steps necessary to run these projects on a statewide level.
