Mental Health Matters
"It's okay to not be okay"
As Pre-Veterinary students, we can experience high amounts of pressure and stress within our daily lives. When this stress becomes too much, it is important to know that here at CSU we have excellent resources at our disposal. We, as officers, care about the well being of each and every one of you, and want you to know that you are not alone. Attached below are mental health resources available to all CSU students. Although we officers are not trained counselors, there are a plethora of CSU employees who are. Please do not hesitate to use these wonderful resources, and remember that you do not have to struggle in silence.
