Radians and the unit circle; utilizing and verifying trigonometric identities; graphing and modeling with trigonometric functions and transformations of these; right triangles in natural science applications; inverse trigonometric functions and solving trigonometric equations; law of sines and law of cosines in natural science applications; polar coordinates and graphs; vectors; introduction to limits, rates of change; review of toolkit functions. Problem solving is emphasized throughout the course, while developing specific skills and concepts needed to succeed in calculus.
