Topics covered include: functions: linear, polynomial, rational, radical, inverse exponential, and logarithmic; nonlinear inequalities; systems of equations; partial fraction decomposition. Problem solving is emphasized throughout the course, while developing specific skills and concepts needed to succeed in calculus.
