Assist with recreational group or 1:1 activities and/or assistance with departments nursing, social work, and recreational therapy at a home health day care center that provides an alternative to nursing home care for those who do not need 24-hour skilled nursing

Students are paired with a CSULB student with autism to serve as a peer coach and meet weekly socio-emotional, academic, and professional educational coaching to set and work on individualized goals

Therapeutic Riding Center of Huntington Beach

Work directly with the Instructor to provide assistance prior to and during the adaptive riding lessons. The main responsibilities include participating in the lesson by leading a horse or side-walking with a student, assist with grooming the horses, cleaning tack, stalls, and the arena
