If your school is NOT listed and you are interested in finding out how to start MESA at your school, please contact us.
You will be required to input the following information (and more) on the student registration form:
10-digit CA SSID - can be obtained from your counselor, a report card, your student portal, or by asking your advisor for assistance
Parent/Guardian name, email, phone number, education level, and occupation
Please note that you cannot submit the student registration form without all the required information and you cannot go back to edit the form afterward. Any incorrect information will result in a rejected registration and will delay the enrollment process.
Note: Students may use the Student Registration Form (Guide) provided in the Parent/Guardian Waiver Packet, to collect the data with a parent before completing the CSULB MESA - Student Registration Form.
Complete and submit a Student Registration Form and Parent/Guardian Waiver packet. Please see the three options below for how you can enroll.
*PUSD Students have additional waiver forms for Saturday Academies and must complete enrollment requirements before or by the first Saturday Academy they attend.
Registration & Parent/Guardian Waivers
Please see your MESA Advisor for a printed hard copy of the packet. You will need to submit the FULL completed & signed packet in person to your MESA advisor. Your advisor will submit your forms to the CSULB MESA center and the CSULB MESA center will take care of registering you in the database.

(3) Release of Liability
(4) Photo/Video Release
(5) Emergency Contacts
(6) Medical Form
This method of enrollment is NOT RECOMMENDED unless you are familiar with the database. This option will require more work for the student and advisor if not done correctly.
Registration
Register directly through the MESA Database at https://mesa.my.site.com/.
New Student - You will need to be approved in the database by a CSULB MESA staff to complete registration. We will not be approving students with incomplete registration forms.
Returning Student - You will be automatically activated in the system if there is an existing profile (all information provided must be accurate and match an existing profile for this to work). Returning students can also be activated by an advisor.
Note: Some fields that are necessary to enroll, such as CASSID, are not required on this version of the registration form. This means that if this information is not provided at the time of registration, it will need to be updated at a later time, which may delay or even prevent enrollment. We recommend enrolling through one of the other two options above.
Parent/Guardian Waivers
The email provided or listed for parent 1 will be sent a link to the Parent Authorization Form for a signature and submission. For the rest of the parent forms, you will be required to submit them either in person to your teacher or using the second Google Form above.
Once you have completed and submitted a MESA Student Registration Form and a Parent/Guardian Waiver Packet, check with your MESA advisor to confirm your enrollment status. Once the CSULB MESA Center has received everything from you, you will be included on your advisor's roster as "Enrolled".
