MESA Days

Volunteer for our MESA Day Prelims at CSULB!

Volunteers will assist with tasks such as set-up, clean-up, competition testing, guiding middle school and high school students, and more. Volunteers will also be provided with a free MESA t-shirt and lunch!

Event Dates:

- Senior MESA Day (High School): Saturday, March 7th @ CSULB (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - all day not required)

- Junior MESA Day (Middle School): Saturday, March 14th @ CSULB (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - all day not required)

Student Organization Stipend

STEM Student Organizations will receive a $300 stipend if they meet the following requirement for EACH MESA Day:

- Have 10+ organization members volunteer for 4 hours minimum each

Student organizations have the opportunity to earn up to $600 total. The stipend will be deposited in into the student organization’s ASI account. ASI account # may be requested.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers must complete Steps 1-2 of the following by Wednesday, February 25, 2026 to volunteer for our MESA Days. Please be sure to plan accordingly to allow sufficient time to complete all requirements by the deadline, as certain requirements will take longer than others. We will be emailing you the link to the training and registration code once we confirm your forms and livescan.
