As most of you might have guessed, the job market and application process are quickly shifting online. Most careers and well-paid jobs not only require a resume but will need to review your digital presence. LinkedIn is an employment-based platform that is gaining significant popularity among employers and companies. Some organizations like Codepath might even require a LinkedIn profile to apply. Furthermore, having a bare-bone LinkedIn account instead of a comprehensive profile may even hurt your chances of employability overall, as shown in the graph.
