The CSU Strengthening Community in Physics (SCP) Program is funded by the American Institute of Physics through the TEAM UP Initiative. Physics Majors selected to be part of the program receive a stipend, multi-leveled mentoring, and participate in activities to strengthen identity, self efficacy and sense of belonging. Scholarships are available to all new (incoming) and current physics majors at CSU.

- Physics Major
- 2.5 minimum GPA OR letter from STEM Advisor
- 2 letters of reference
Awards are between $1200 (new awardees) and $1500 (returning scholars) each semester as long as scholars meet engagement criteria (see application for details).

** We require two references and will reach out to your references after application submission. Please be sure to ask your references before application submission if they are able / willing to provide the letter for you.
