Ben Richards (b.c.richards@csuohio.edu): Ben is the Business & Communication Librarian in the Michael Schwartz Library. He supports student learning and research by providing information literacy support to students and faculty. He enjoys learning about new digital tools that can be used in teaching as well as by students to create digital projects that serve a purpose outside the classroom.
Melanie Gagich (m.gagich@csuohio.edu): Melanie is an Associate College Lecturer in the First-Year Writing Program. She earned her PhD in Composition and Applied Linguistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a focus on multimodal composition. Her other research interests include digital rhetoric, digital literacy, online audiences, and open pedagogy. In her classes, she often asks students to create multimodal texts targeting real online audiences and integrates various technology tools to promote engagement and learning.
