About the CSR Garment Awards and Gala Dinner

We are delighted to announce the first edition of the CSR Garment Awards, hosted by EuroCham and the Textile, Apparel, Footwear & Travel Goods Association in Cambodia (TAFTAC) and organized by the Responsible Business Hub. This ground-breaking event was possible thanks to the essential contribution of the GIZ FABRIC Cambodia project and aims to celebrate and honor the remarkable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts within the garment industry in Cambodia. It is the perfect opportunity to showcase best practices and set new standards, particularly in light of the upcoming sustainability regulations being introduced worldwide.
The CSR Garment Awards will recognise and celebrate the outstanding efforts and achievements of fashion industry players in the realm of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability. The event will culminate in a glamorous gala night that brings together industry leaders, influencers, and stakeholders.
The event will be held in English.

Judging Process
The selection of winners in each category will be conducted by a distinguished panel of 3 judges for each category, totaling 9 judges (collectively, the “Jury”). These judges are recognized leaders in sustainability and CSR. They will evaluate and choose the winners based on the presentations made by professionals, considering predetermined criteria.
To ensure a thorough evaluation, the Jury will be supported by a group of external experts chosen among professional companies in the field of compliance/auditing/certification. These professionals will be responsible for the initial screening of applications and conducting on-site verification visits.

How to participate?
This is your submission for the CSR Garment Awards
Review the award categories and select the most relevant categories for your organization (you can apply for maximum 2 categories per factory or candidate)
Fill all the details prompted in the online form
You will be also required to upload a file describing your CSR project. This file should be a maximum of 1000 words, and should, at a minimum, include the following details:
- Title of the Project
- Category and sub-category in which you want to participate
- Overview / Description: Share an overview or description of your project, highlighting why you believe it has the potential to be a winning entry.
- Key points of your CSR projects/Efforts/implemented policies
- Key outcomes: Present the significant outcomes, impacts, or achievements resulting from your CSR efforts. Highlight any measurable results, positive changes, or benefits experienced by the target beneficiaries or communities.
Additional pictures (max 9) can be uploaded
IMPORTANT - We prioritize data, numbers, and metrics over language proficiency, narrative, or grammar. Therefore, feel free to submit your document in Khmer without any concerns regarding the language aspects. We value the concrete information and measurable results of your CSR projects
Factories above 1500 employees cannot apply for categories A.3 – B.3- C.3.
Remember - the information you provide will be the first impression the judges have of your project, so don't forget to add all of the important details.
