CSRR studies the central role of the private sector and governments in emerging economies and fragile or conflict-affected areas. Our findings provide guidance to policymakers to ensure that each country's foreign assistance and agricultural development programs are sustainable, efficient, and effective. The Humanitarian Agenda identifies and analyzes trends in the evolving humanitarian environment to improve delivery of aid and access to civilians in conflict zones. CSRR seeks to renew the discourse around international development and develop a fresh, actionable set of strategic recommendations that address current challenges.
