MENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANCE

The environment has dramatically altered now that we are in the midst of a new normal, and we are finding it difficult to adapt to the things we were used to. People, particularly students, are more likely to suffer from psychological or mental issues in this situation.

Paglaom: Mental Health Awareness Program aid to serve as a timely reminder that mental health is vital, that individuals who suffer from mental illnesses are deserving of compassion, understanding, routes to hope, healing, and fulfillment. Through individual training and peer support initiatives, it will also improve awareness about the mental health continuum, minimize stigma associated with mental illness, promote help-seeking behaviors and emotional well-being practices, and implement interventions.

On its second year of implementation, we'll bring you again to a much closer and student-friendly counselling services.
