Follow the Money

This year's event is more important than ever. Starting next year we are having to use operating budget to cover 3 important teachers and staff members positions. This means that we will have over $100,000 less to use in our day to day operations budget.

This carnival, will help supplement that money. For every department that participates, our PTA will donate a percentage of the profits directly into their activity accounts. Giving them a head start for next year. So, not only will it be the end of year bash that we can all enjoy, it will be the foundation for a successful 2018-2019 school year.

Ways to pitch in:

  • Become a Sponsor
  • Donate items to the Silent Auction
  • Encourage your students to go
  • Donate something for the Raffle
  • Spread the word, tell your neighbors and friends to come join in on the fun
  • Bid on items from the Silent Auction (opens May 16th)
  • Buy Extra Tickets so the kids can get snacks and do extra activities
  • Send extracash so they can purchase Food and items from Vendors
  • Volutneer your time to help plan, or supervise for the day
