籌備委員會主任委員致詞 (Welcome Speech)

第25屆全國機構及機器設計學術研討會(25th National Conference for Chinese Society of Mechanism and Machine Theory）暨先進機構及機器技術國際會議(2nd International Conference on Advanced Mechanism and Machine Technology) iCMMT 由中華民國機構與機器原理學會(CSMMT)擔任主辦單位，並由本校機械與機電工程學系承辦，自行車暨健康科技工業研究發展中心協辦。這是本校首次承辦是項研討會，並同步辦理線上iCMMT國際會議。本次會議國內以實體為主，國外則採線上進行，藉此促進國內外學術交流。

今年110篇論文投稿有來自26所大專院校，及3所研究機構與會人士超過10個國籍。除研究發表外，本次會議特別邀請國內外機構與機器設計領域先進及知名學者進行專題演講，包括國立清華大學且虎尾科技大學副校長張禎元教授，分享Grasping with Robotic Hands的傑出研究，以及台灣大學顏炳郎教授談論高挑戰的Design of a Compact Redundant Hybrid Parallel Kinematic Machine for Machining and Surgical Applications。國際講者來自阿得雷德大學Prof. Tien-Fu Lu將介紹先進的量子位元計算於動態控制的發展，以及IFToMM新加坡主席Prof. Soh Gim Song分享On the Design of Bio-Inspired Under-actuated and Hybrid Locomotion Robots研究成果，另IFToMM日本主席Prof. Nobuyuki Iwatsuki將分享超薄並聯機構的研究挑戰，來自德國的Dr.-ing. Michael Schabacker講解未來產品開發的新面向。研討會將拓展國內與國際機構在機器設計領域學術研究之交流與合作。

中山大學以「想像未來．勇於追夢」為治校理念，近年來不僅積極推動全英語教學，陸續成立醫學院、半導體及重點科技研究學院、國際金融研究學院，種種突破自我與提升國際化的作為與本研討會不謀而合。承蒙學會理監事、籌備委員會、論文委員會及各界先進的鼎力協助，以及各協辦單位與廠商的支持與贊助，本人謹代表國立中山大學致上最高的謝意，祝福大會順利成功，所有貴賓身體健康，萬事如意。

Welcome Speech from General Chair

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the International Conference on Advanced Mechanism and Machine Theory (iCMMT) and the 25th National Conference for Chinese Society of Mechanism and Machine Theory (CSMMT) 2025. In an effort to disseminate the latest advances on mechanism and machine theory and to bring together experts from around the world, this event is joint organized by CSMMT and Department of Mechanical and Electromechanical Engineering of National Sun Yat-sen University, and a co-organizer: Cycling & Health Tech Industry R&D Center. The topics of this conference cover the design and theory on advanced mechanisms and machines and also some recent topics on smart manufacturing, compliant mechanisms and soft robotics. To continue ideas exchange and academic communication despite of the current COVID situation, this conference is held in person for domestic participants but online for international participants. It is very encouraging that the conference has attracted 110 submissions, both domestic and international (10 countries around the globe). We are also very pleased to have plenary speakers from domestic experts, and renown academia from Germany, Singapore, Japan and Australia. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the conference organization team of this 2022 event. I am sure that you will enjoy this event.
