Summer Program

We helped all students get registered and enrolled for our google classroom as well as went over the homework policies and other criteria. During this class we talked about how this program will consist of 6 units, 3 projects, and 2 hours of homework every week due on the Sunday of that week on 11:59. We also announced that there will be certificates/awards given out to student who display exceptional ability in python during the course of our program. We reiterate that the schedule will run from Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST. If a student is unable to attend one of our meetings they can make up the class in various ways: watch the lecture posted on the Michigan Academy of Computer Science YouTube channel, attend an international class (7:30 AM - 8:30 AM EST or 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EST), or join our office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST on the Michigan Academy of Computer Science Discord server. In this weeks class we also went over the print() function and introduced the students on what the properties the print() function does.
