Print and create a fun Snow Leopard 'Cootie Catcher'!
2. Multi-Media Snow Leopard Handprint Craft
Supplies needed:
-Cotton Balls and/or Makeup Remover Pads
-White Printer Paper
-Orange/Decorative Paper (for nose and scarf)
-Construction Paper
-Black paint and/or marker
-Snowflake Stickers (optional)
-Scissors and Glue
Instructions:
Have an adult help you trace your hand on some white printer paper. Cut this out!
Glue the cut-out hand to a piece of construction paper with the fingers pointed down, as shown in the image above (any color construction paper works--blues go very well, as this is the sky behind your leopard!)
Next, paste down one makeup remover pad on the end of your paper hand opposite the thumb. Rip up small pieces of cotton balls for ears, and glue them down too, accordingly.
Now, decorate! Use markers or black paint to make spots and a mouth on your snow leopard. Use googly eyes, and a triangle of orange paper for the eyes and nose.
Lastly, you can add snow on the ground by gluing in cut up makeup remover pads, torn up cotton, or by using some white puffy paint. Create a scarf or hat out of decorative paper to keep your leopard warm, and place your snowflake stickers in the 'sky'. Congrats, you're finished!
