近年、海外からの研究者にも毎年のようにご参加いただいております。海外からの参加者への配慮として、口頭発表では、PowerPointスライド（またはPDFスライド）を英語で作成することを推奨します。ポスター発表では、英語タイトルの併記を必須とし、図表を英語で作成すること、またはポスター全体を英語で作成することを推奨します。
In recent years, researchers from overseas have regularly participated in the conference. To make the presentations more accessible to international participants, we recommend preparing slides in English for oral presentations using PowerPoint (or PDF). For poster presentations, an English title is mandatory, and we recommend either preparing all figures and tables in English, or preparing the poster entirely in English.
発表時間は 15 分（発表 12 分、質疑応答 3 分）を予定しています。
The presentation time will be 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A).
会場にご用意する発表用PCの OS は Windows です。プレゼンテーションソフトウェアは、Microsoft PowerPoint および Adobe Acrobat Reader をご用意いたします（それぞれのソフトウェアは最新版をご用意する予定です）。ご希望のソフトウェアに合わせた発表用ファイルをウイルスチェック済みの USB メモリ等でお持ちください。
The PCs available at the venue for presentations will be Windows-based. Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available as presentation software (the latest versions of each software will be provided). Please bring a virus-checked USB memory stick or similar with the presentation files for the software of your choice.
口頭発表の発表ファイルは、一つ前の休憩時間までに、大会側で準備している発表用PCに保存してください。最初のセッションで発表される方は、朝早めにお越しいただき、発表ファイルの登録をお願いいたします。
Please save your presentation file onto the conference computer provided by the organizers no later than the break preceding your session. Presenters in the first session of the day are requested to arrive early in the morning to register their presentation files.
Macintoshを使用される方は各自ご用意ください。
Macintosh users must provide their own Macintosh.
アニメーションや動画の使用に制限は設けませんが、動作の保証はいたしません。休憩時間などを利用して各自で動作確認をしてくださいますようお願いいたします。
There are no restrictions on the use of animations and videos, but we cannot guarantee that they will work. Please check the operation of your presentation during breaks.
発表ファイル名は「発表番号_氏名」としてください。例：O1_海洋太郎
The name of the presentation file should be "presentation number_name". Example: O1_TaroKaiyo
ポスターは、1演題につき横90 cm × 縦120 cm以内の大きさで作成してください。
Each poster should be no larger than 90 cm (W) x 120 cm (H) per presentation.
ポスター発表は、1日目午後に実施する予定です（ただし、日程は変更されることがあります）。
Poster presentations are scheduled on Day 1 afternoon. (Schedules are subject to change.)
各自のポスター発表番号（P-番号）が付されたボードに掲示してください。掲示用の画鋲・テープなどは実行委員会が用意いたします。
Please display your poster on the board marked with your poster presentation number (P-number). The organising committee will provide studs, tape, etc. for displaying your poster.
発表終了後は、自分のポスターを剥がしてお持ち帰りください。
After your presentation, please remove your poster and take it home.
