The purpose of email is for us to be able to communicate to each other and send messages online. It's a communication tool that many adults use or in my case I use is it to communicate to my teachers about any assignment or concerns I have about something. It has many different tools that I didn't know, many rules, and a great way for us to use to as a communication guide and help us with the base of what a communication tool can hold and do.
To - The people you’re talking to.
CC- People who are looking over the conversation or need to be kept in.
BCC: Silent viewers. No one knows they’re there.
This is the first thing people see. Keep it short but descriptive. Let the reader know what they're going to be noticing and reading.

Attachments are files, images, or documents you add to an email. They help the person who you delivered see exactly what you’re referencing.
This isn't all the tools available but I would say these are the tools that many people don't know about and tools that I didn't know about until my professor taught me and showed me the purposes of what they do.
