Born in St. Thomas, then in 2007, I moved to Georgia at the age of four. I grew up in the land of Coca-Cola, Chick-fil-a, and the sweetest sweet tea. Previously I attended Georgia State University. After a year, I decided to transfer to UMBC for various reasons, however, when I arrived in Maryland I discovered I could not afford to attend UMBC. I ended up taking a gap year to address my financial situation as well as a shift in goals now wanting nothing more than to be able to support myself and my loved ones. I am now a student attending CCBC studying mortuary science. I hope to one day own my own funeral home.
