CyberSecurityHelper ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tosser mobile application (the "Service").

No Data Collection: When running Tosser in Free mode, the app itself does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

Email Address: If you choose to upgrade to the Pro Edition, we record only your email address. This is used exclusively to manage your purchase, verify your upgrade status, and provide customer support.
No Cookies: Tosser does not use cookies or tracking pixels.
To provide its core functionalities, Tosser may request access to certain features on your Android device. These are limited to:
Internet Access / Network State: Required solely to surface ads in the Free version and to process the one-time upgrade for the Pro version.
Vibration: Required to provide haptic feedback within the app's user interface.
Tosser does not access or request permission for your device's camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or precise location.
While the app itself does not collect your data, the Free version utilizes third-party advertising networks to show ads. These third parties may automatically receive your IP address or device identifiers when this occurs.

Any data processed by Tosser is used strictly for the following purposes:
To deliver advertisements in the Free mode.
To authenticate your purchase and manage your account for the Pro Edition.
To provide customer support if you contact us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your email address, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has upgraded to Pro and provided an email address without your consent, please contact us so we can delete that information.
