Goals for 2023-2024

1. Build community within and across CS & Engineering teams to share ideas, inspire innovation, and spread joy of teaching CS & Engineering in Oakland.

2. Learn and practice skills and strategies to increase the quantity and improve the quality of Academic Conversations in CS & Engineering classrooms.

We believe that when students have an authentic reason to do their work, they will be more engaged, work harder, learn more, and become better prepared for college, career, and community.
