Travel grant

We are excited to announce a number of Travel Grant opportunities available for active participants of the pre-conference workshop (those who have submitted an abstract for an oral/poster presentation). The Travel Grant is designed to support individuals who may face financial constraints in attending the conference, ensuring that diverse voices and perspectives are represented at our event.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Travel Grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be an accepted presenter or attendee of the conference.

• Demonstrate financial need for assistance with travel expenses.

• Submit a travel request in the conference submission system, including the estimated amount of funds required for travel.

Application Process

To apply for the Travel Grant, participants must follow these steps:

• Log in to the conference submission system.

• Complete the submission of your extended abstract

• Provide an estimated amount of funds required for travel expenses

Deadline for Submission:

The deadline for Travel Grant applications is the 15th of April 2024. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

We would like to encourage all eligible participants to take advantage of this opportunity to receive financial support for attending the conference. The Travel Grant aims to foster inclusivity and accessibility within our community, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the dialogue and exchange of ideas.
