Activity 3.1
What are Community Dynamics?
Community dynamics refers to the changes that occur in the community power structures and community population composition over time. what I understood here is that the community of a barangay will be good when it has good leadership, when the welfare of its fellow villagers is the priority, it will have a good outcome. but when the leader puts himself first, the outcome of his leadership is ugly. So it is better if we choose a leader in our area who is aware of his subjects not just because of the desire for power and influence of the family.
2. What factors result to Community Dynamics?
Factors result to community dynamics? as it is generally accepted that change is ever constant and population composition in a community to change either in a slow or rapid manner over.
3. How do authority and influence contribute t the Power of an Individual?
When you have authority you can bind someone or your community to a word because you have power and authority. influenced by its contribute to a person or the community, when is is a great leader the people under you will work together because they know that there is a good leader among them. the other is that when the leader of a community is influenced by evil that leader will be evil and this can be seen in his leadership.
4. What are the factors involved in determining fertility rates?
First of all a person or family will suffer if it is not supported. Maybe because they don't have a money to support the other. social preconditions of marriage refer to the norms that need to be followed before a man and a woman are allowed to unite as a couple and produce an offspring.
5. How do fertility, morality, and migration help in shaping the population of a community?
Fertility, mortality and migration are principal determinants of population growth. Population change depends on the natural increase changes seen in birth rates and the change seen in migration. Changes in population size can be predicted based on changes in fertility (births), mortality (deaths) and migration rates.
Activity 3.2
If you are assigned to make positive changes in the lives of people in a poverty - stricken community, why do you think the understanding of their community population composition serve as an important primary step in helping them?
Understanding their community power can determine if they can still stand up and rebuild their community so that they won’t endure poverty again after you have given them help. As for the community population, well it helps you on knowing how many people you'll be helping and if you still need more people in doing the assignment.
Another is that I will give them a little knowledge about poverty where they will never have a hard time about it again. I will let you know why until then there is so much poverty in our area and how to avoid it, I know that even they do not want to have poverty. They need to understand every detail that I say so as not to repeat it, but if for them it is nothing that I say it is up to them whether they will follow and understand what I say, I know that what I say to them is for the good of their community as well.
I will teach them how to move forward in life, jobs that suit their strengths so that they can learn how to move forward in life. Projects that I am sure will help my communities, not only will it change their origins but it will also help them and their families.
