CONDUCT OF TRAINING
Participants are required to log their attendance (morning and afternoon) in the Attendance Sheet.
Complete attendance, observance of training rules, submission of outputs and active participation shall be required from the participants during the training.
Each participant shall be required to submit a Learning Action Plan (LAP) at the end of the training. The same shall be monitored to ensure Return of Investment to the Agency.
A Training Certificate will be awarded to the participant upon completion of at least 90% of the total training hours and meeting all training requirements such as submission of required outputs, LAP and payment of registration fees.
In cases where a participant fails to meet the required attendance of at least 90% of the total training hours, only a Certificate of Appearance covering the training hours corresponding to the sessions attended shall be issued.
The required minimum number of confirmed participants for face-to-face training program is twenty (20). No training program shall be conducted unless the required minimum number of participants is accepted by the CSC RO VI-HRD.
A Training Advisory shall be released by the CSC RO VI-HRD should there be changes in the schedule/ venue/ design or cancellation of a training/seminar.
