DOB Correction                                     :       Birth Certificate issued from Muncipality or Hospital, 10th Pass Marksheet / Certificate.

Mobile Number Update                        :       Aadhar Card.

Documents Update                                :       Id and Address Proof (Voter Card, Ration Card, PAN Card).

C/O Correction
(Faher’s / Husband’s Name)           :       Election / Voter Card, Ration Card, Bank Passbook with sealed Photograph.

Address Correction                               :       Election / Voter Card, Ration Card, Bank Passbook with sealed Photograph.

( In Case If applicant does not have any supporting documents for C/O or Address Correction, We can facilitate this facility with extra charges.)
