BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:
Performs administrative and technical functions in support of field office operations, including processing of appointments, managing official records and documents, coordinating activities related to the conduct of the Career Service Examination – Paper and Pen Test (CSE-PPT), facilitating training programs, and providing guidance on the application and interpretation of civil service laws and rules. Assists and advises agencies to ensure compliance with human resource policies, standards, CSC issuances, programs, and initiatives. Oversees the implementation of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
