Workshop Training: Instructor for Quant Camp (QC25), where I taught foundational concepts in reproducible research using R to incoming graduate students. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and 100% recommendation rate underscore the camp's success in equipping students with essential quantitative skills.
Courses: Designed and launched a new course, BIOS 40132/60132: Introduction to Computational Genomics, for senior undergraduates and graduate students in Fall 2025. The curriculum focuses on building practical skills in genomics quality control, bulk RNA-seq, and single-cell RNA-seq analysis, directly addressing a critical training need.

BIOS 60576: Topics in Biocomputing (Seminar) Spring 2026
Curricular Support and Mentorship: Provide bioinformatics instruction for two Course-based Undergraduate Research Experiences (CUREs), SuperBugs CURE and Daphnia CURE. My engagement directly inspired several students to pursue computational research, and I am now formally supervising six undergraduate students who began research projects with me in Fall 2025.
Graduate and Program Advising: Contribute to graduate education by serving on two Ph.D. committees. I also serve as the faculty advisor for the newly formed Genomix Club of Notre Dame (GXND), a graduate student organization dedicated to promoting education and collaboration in genomics.
Genomics Data Science office Hour: Thrusday 1:00 - 2:00 PM (3015 McCourtney Hall East)
Bioinformatics Slack Group: see flyers on ND campus or email me to join.
