We are going to use Mookit for Q&A and other discussions as well as posting assignments, etc. Note that the slides and other resources will be posted in this website, not in Mookit.

Evaluation Components:

This is a research-focused course with a major research project that carries the maximum weightage. Apart from that there will be other components that are also part of research. The tentative weightage for different components are given below. Please note that this is a tentative grading scheme and weightage might change. 

• Assignments (25%) - Both Individual and Team assignments might be there. Teams of 3-4 students and performance of the team will be evaluated based on their position in the leaderboard. 

• Quiz (15%) - 1 or 2 quizzes. 

• Research Paper Presentation/review (15%) - Graded individually. Each student will be assigned topics from lectures and the associated papers. The student needs to go through the papers and prepare a detailed note on the topic. The note should not have any plagiarism, and should be sent to the instructor for review.  Please see Resources for more information. 

• Final Research Project (45%) - Teams of 3-4 students. See Project for details.
